Trust is the foundation for high performance teams. Even if we know that “A team is not a group of people who work together, but a group of people who trust each other”, assessing and developing trust is still underexplored.

In our last meeting, Simone Torres Costa offered to guide us through the theme of trust. The objectives of this meeting are:

– discuss the relationship between trust and teal;

– clarify the definition and dimensions on the concept of trust;

– differentiate between ´team building´ and trust building;

– understand the economics of trust
